Organisation Structure

Ormiston Families operates under the strategic guidance of a Board of Trustees, who provide governance and oversight to ensure alignment with their mission and values. 

The CEO is supported by a senior leadership team overseeing key functional areas: Operations, Finance, Fundraising and Marketing, and People and Technology. Each function is led by a director and includes specialist managers and support teams to ensure effective service delivery, financial management, income generation, communications, HR, and IT. This structure supports strong leadership, collaboration, and accountability across the organisation.
