Organisation Structure

Ormiston Families operates under the strategic guidance of a Board of Trustees , who provide governance and oversight to ensure alignment with the charity’s mission and values.

The Chief Executive is supported by a senior leadership team overseeing key functional areas: Operations, Finance, Fundraising and Marketing, and People and Technology. Each function is led by a Director and supported by specialist managers and teams, ensuring effective service delivery, strong financial management, income generation, communications, and organisational infrastructure.
